PU injection, membrane, or chase-and-reseal, whichever the diagnosis calls for. We fix the cause, not just patch the ceiling.
Test and hand back
48-hour water test with you present, then tile or finish reinstated. We don't hand back until the membrane holds dry.

FAQs
Questions we hear a lot
How do you find where the leak is coming from?
Moisture meters, visual trace, and sometimes a dye test. We identify the actual source before recommending a fix. The first diagnostic visit is free.
Do I need to replace my bathroom tiles?
Not always. Minor issues can be fixed by chase-and-reseal around the problem area. Full waterproofing requires the tiles off, membrane in, and new tiles back on, and we quote both options where possible.
How long does a typical bathroom job take?
3–4 days: strip day 1, membrane + water test day 2, tile reinstatement days 3–4. In multi-bathroom units we phase the work to keep at least one toilet usable.
Can PU injection fix a ceiling leak?
Often yes, when the source is a hairline crack or joint failure in the unit above. We trace the source first, then inject only if that's the right fix. We won't inject for the sake of it.
Do you work with MCSTs and BCA?
Yes. External wall, common-area, and balcony works with MCST coordination and BCA contractor compliance are a regular part of what we do.
